Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging, with all tags intact.

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • Final sale items.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@BritStyleHub.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once we receive the original item in its unused, original condition, we will process the exchange.

If the item you want is not available, we will offer a full refund or help you choose an alternative product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@BritStyleHub.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Kindly provide photos of the product and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a damaged or incorrect item).
